the land of tasty memories ☆ ~

Last month, I spent a week in Tokyo and I visited Harajuku 3 times! To be honest, Harajuku and Omotesando are my favourite places of the city.
So, in my last day in Tokyo I met Sarah and we spent the afternoon in Harajuku. Also, I was so excited because this day was my first day wandering alone in the city. At first, we went to the official Aikatsu! shop, but everything was so damn expensive I couldn't buy anything.

I was kinda frustrated because the last time I was in Harajuku, I wanted to go to the 6% doki shop but I didn't have time to find it, so Sarah brought me there last day. I'm so grateful she did, because I finally could go to this expensive awesome place :') I bought a couple of accessories that weren't cheap at all, but they look so cute that I have no regrets.

2 new treasures ☆ ~
Later, we went to a 3 floors lolita second hand shop. I saw lots of cute things there!
That's what I bought:

This was also the fabulous day when I first discovered Q-Pot

After checking out other cute shops, we stopped at NOA Cafe to take some rest. I ordered this delicious melon soda float (´♡‿♡`)

We also took some purikuras!

Before my best day in Tokyo ended, when I left to come back to the hotel, I decided to drift around the stunning Omotesando and see how it looked at night. I also nosed around some shops like Chanel, Michael Kors and Dior.

Can't wait to come back to this awesome city!

there's nothing to lose, when no one knows your name

The truth is I need to go to bed RIGHT NOW, but I thought I should write an entry because why not.

Last night was Friday night and, in this dorm, that means p a r t y. So here goes another #blameitonthealcohol post.

Since the weather was way too hot yesterday, I took a nap once I got to my room. When I woke up, I was okay and I decided to call home and ask what's up there but, like the 90% of the "I'm gonna be a good girl and let my family know I'm still alive" calls, it didn't end well and I got pissed af. Anna and Fye were already calling me to go to Anna's room to help them to prepare the dinner and the 43435656 tones of sangría and I wasn't ready yet; my outfit was "okay" but I had AT LEAST to do my hair and my make-up and that wouldn't last 5 minutes, so I told them I'd be late as always. I tried my new bbcream on and I got surprised by how much I got tanned since I came to Okinawa.

Since Anna's room is next to mine, it's fine because I just left my room wearing my yellow slippers and entered hers like nothing happened. When I got there, Anna and Fye were already cooking and, surprise, Kasei (aka-chan = baby) was there dancing like the party had already reached its ultimate peak without hadn't even started.

Our martian
To be honest, we were having a great time in Anna's room. The music was playing loud af and the making process of sangría was hilarious.

+ 1 beer

Theoretically, the party started at 7pm at the lobby, but when we got there at 7:20pm nobody was there, so no fucks were given and we started eating and drinking by ourselves before the other people arrived.

+ x cups of sangría

Some minutes later, several people had already got in the lobby, so Cuqui-san, Robin (neighbour), Joseph and I gathered and kinda made our own ghetto while talking about cosplay, performances and languages. Somehow, we also switched glasses.

+ x cups of umeshu (plum liquor)

After that, we made 3 teams of ~8 people and played jan-ken-pon (rock, paper, scissors) and the 2 losers had to do kabe-don while everybody was taking pictures of them. Apparently, I had to do kabe-don with some Korean guy; I don't remember it at all. Also, Bee (the guy from Laos) told me to meet today to go to a neko cafe and I was like "ok, but let me sleep until 12pm at least or I'll be wasted af".

Since at last party someone drunk broke a door, this party had to end early (midnight). So Fye told me to come to his room because he was going to continue the party with other people and also gave me permission to invite someone, but it had to be only one person. At that moment, I was sitting between Bee and Cuqui-san so the situation got awkward suddenly and they were looking at me like "translation pls". Cuqui-san ended up going to sleep, so I went to Fye's room with all the other people and Bee. There, we played UNO for a while and, later, we played that drinking game in which you have to put a coin in a cup and if you fail, you drink. To be honest, that last game killed all of us.

+ 1 beer
+ x shots of lemon liquor

At 4am, I came back to my room.

12pm

oh
surprise
guess who
it's me
HANGOVER

So yeah, I woke up, I took a shower, I sent a message to Bee and he told me it was okay to meet at 2pm. At 1:55pm somebody rang the bell of my room: Bee and Kasei came to pick me up and then, we went to the neko cafe with Robin and some other people. After that, since Robin, Kasei and I were starving, we went to a Hamazushi restaurant and pigged out.

It was a great day, after all. ☆ ~

ᴘᴀʀғᴀɪᴛʟᴏɢɪᴄᴀʟ

Last Sunday I met Nanako and we went shopping to Naha! At first, she brought me to a huge shopping mall that had lots of cute and classy clothes but I didn't buy any because, apparently, citiziens haven't noticed the daily 30 ºC outside and they're already selling winter clothes.

Before leaving the mall, we bought 2 delicious parfaits. The employers of the stand were so kind to explain us what the parfaits were made of and give us advice on which one we should pick. I got the brown sugar one! (´♡‿♡`)
After that, we went to the main shopping street in Naha that was full of typical Okinawan jewellery shops. I need to buy one of these blue necklaces someday. We talked about books, movies, make-up and food. It was great to find out Nanako's a fan of the movie "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" as well, so we agreed to meet again another day to watch this movie while eating popcorn. (((*°▽°*)八(*°▽°*)))
Later, we went to another mall where I bought (finally) dye for my hair. I also bought some hairspray and a Japanese make-up tool that's called 涙袋 (namida bukuro) to make my eyebags look cute and shiny.
Before going back to the dorm, we came back to the first mall because Nanako wanted to buy a watch she had seen before and we also visited the book store. As usual, I saw lots of stunning magazines, so I decided to buy one this time; I chose the Q-Pot magazine that came with a little handbag.

All the stuff I bought ☆ ~

there's nothing we can do, life is just like that, baby

Last Sunday I went to Naha matsuri with some dorm mates and we spent the whole day under the Okinawan strong sunlight. Fortunately, I brought my parasol and a friend from Laos (Bee) brought his fan, and we teamed so that hot weather wouldn't kill us. At night, we all went to a Izakaya that's near to our university and we had so much fun! Apparently, at this kind of places, by paying 2.000 ¥ (~20$) you could eat and drink as much as you wanted (alcohol as well) for 2 hours, so that's what we did...until the bartender said we drank too much, so the last round arrived.

The thing is that when we left the Izakaya all of us were drunk af, so we went to buy more drinks at a 24h convenience store and continued drinking once we got in the dorm. We played some card games while drinking and, meanwhile, people were falling one by one. After painting on some sleeping people's faces, at 5am I decided it was time to leave.
Waking up on Monday was the hardest thing that happened this month.

Congrats, bitch, you're fucking wasted.

I think I'll start writing my entries in Japanese as well since I think it will be a good way to practise grammar and vocabulary. I know it's not the first time I say this here, but now my situation is completely different and I think I'll be able to do it! On the next entry, I'll talk about the parties we throw in the dorm every Friday.

Let me know if you enjoyed this post!
